In late May of 2014, we moved into our current location: 1001 West DeYoung Street. This was the former location of the PFC Richard G. Wilson / U.S. Army Reserve Training Center. After spending approximately $1.5 million dollars to remodel the building into a working police department, we officially opened on May 28th. This location more than tripled the space where we previously were located. Highlights include a first-ever public storm shelter capable of holding upwards of one hundred twenty-five (125) residents in addition to our staff.
